Hi Marcus,

We are seeking your expertise to help us develop our understanding and to further create a useful set of learnings, scenarios, and ambitions for the future of problem-solving.

In MindHive: How Collective Intelligence Can Create Better Policy and Strategy, MindHive CEO, Bruce Muirhead<http://mindhive.us3.list-manage.com/track/click?u=bd44e324b729f0649ee8b3369&id=9a12dbc4c5&e=41b2eb1f47>, tells the story of a new revolution in problem-solving. Over the course of our history, problem-solving has focused on deep expertise, matched with disciplines, to fix problems. However, today’s innovation problems are tough to solve. The traditional methods that have served enterprises well for decades no longer seem to work. Over the past few years, we’ve increasingly realised that the smartest person in the room may well be the room itself. Our ability to leverage collective intelligence in intuitive, easily accessible and innovative online formats is now an emerging reality.

Drawing on client case studies with government and industry leaders, MindHive is an intriguing look at how a simple idea has grown from a few experts co-creating a problem-solving process to almost 10,000 Hivers reshaping government for the twenty-first century.

Over the course of the next few months, the MindHive team will be releasing draft chapters of the book on MindHive. Today we have launched Chapter One: The Imperfect Solution. We want your input. All contributors will be acknowledged in the book and receive a free copy of the final e-book!

Best,

The MindHive Team
