ignore message about home pages

   An accidentally sent message today may have led people to 
believe that all users now have personal Web sites. That's not 
yet true, although SCN now has the disk space to do it. (Until 
three weeks ago, the /home directories were around 93% - 98% 
capacity.) So we should be seeing this happen before long.
