Thanks for the note.  I'm now sensing that there is an increasing
rejection of the technological utopianism and cyberlibertarian
pronouncements that seem to have held sway for so many years.
Maybe now is an even better opportunity for us than before to
be promoting SCN and other grassroots democratic technology
projects!  (hope springs eternal...)
