I believe this is a list related to governance, not volunteer
guidelines per se.  Joel and I are working on the latter this summer.

A special volunteer guidelines for board members is not necessary.
They are covered by the general guidelines and their conduct can be
governed both internally and by vote of the membership.

We can check the minutes, which are about to be completed, for
confirmation of that vote, but this will be moot soon anyway with the
refined guidelines being offered.
