> *	Technical familiarity with software development in C/C++ in a
> windows environment; strong technical aptitude and decision-making ability
> *	Demonstrated proficiency with all aspects of the software
> development process
> *	Demonstrated people management skills, effective time management
> skills, and a strong desire to develop complete, product-oriented
> solutions
> *	Strong communication and presentation skills
> *	Experience developing Client/Server applications with focus on
> TCP/IP
>
