Whether SCN takes this spammer to court is a matter best left to the
Board.  Though each individual recipient of spam could sue on their own
behalf.  But--before anyone gets too excited about suing anyone:  please
look at the Washington State Attorney General's Office ("AGO") website
(www.wa.gov/ago), which has text of the law, links to anti-spam sites,
and directions on how to file a complaint.

(Besides, I'm getting tired of all this hooting and hollering.  I want to
see some of the penguins dive in.)
