A fresh start! It's an ill wind, that blows no good. Which machine to put
news on? ssccnn.org doesn't seem to be taken. Who's going to stand in for
Aki, Randy, et c... ? 

Welcome back, Kurt. ' ... cognitive dissonance ... ' That's putting it
kindly. Haven't heard that phrase for a while. 

Is this matter in the public record elsewhere? It would be good to see
what the actual wording is.
