Why don't you explain this on the list, for the benefit of everyone that
can't make it to the meeting?  Is there any problem with that?

I am quite curious as to which by-law you are accusing these Board members
to have violated, and others undoubtably are wondering just what you were
disciplined for.  You are the one bucking; perhaps you would tell us why?

Come on Rich, you have been advocating "openess" for several years.  So
open up and tell us what is going on.
