Lois, 

   The first link in Lynx is "Page Contents." That gives you all
the places you can go from that menu to things at the next lower
level.

  The second link in Lynx is "Site Contents." That gets you to a
quick overview of the entire site's contents. It's equivalent to
the right hand sidebar on the GUI view of the menus.

   So, to go straight to the contents of the current page
(skipping over the intermediate menu links for all of the menus
between this menu and the home page, and so on) tap the Enter
key once.

   To go to the Site Contents listing, press the Down Arrow key
once and then tap Enter.
