"The Move" is going to be a bit of a challenge to do well.  Trying to do
more things, making it more complex, and simultaneously drawing time and
labor into other endeavours increases the chances of failure and the
difficulty of recovery.  This is not to say that other aspects of the
organizaton cannot be worked on, but for the next three months most other
aspects need to yield to making The Move simpler and more manageable.
