Dear all,

Happy new year!

The faces of many of you have started fading away since London in 2014
(?) :-)
(but I plan to come to the next C&T conference)

Perhaps it would make sense to have an update on what people are doing?
And also who is in this list?

The last 2 years I am working on the pattern "combine research and action"
through a new non-profit organization based in Zurich: http://nethood.org
and two EU projects on "DIY networking": http://netcommons.eu &
http://mazizone.eu (in which we are proud to have Doug in our advisory
board but have not asked for advice yet :-))

See also these recent articles:
http://theconversation.com/diy-networking-the-path-to-a-more-democratic-internet-67216
http://firstmonday.org/ojs/index.php/fm/article/view/7123/5661

We have been successful in engaging both researchers and activists
in this domain, but very bad at documenting. Is there a pattern for this?
"Document before you advance" :-)

Best,

Panos.
