[Pattern-language] Alternative Progress Indices Pattern

I've included below a recent note from Miguel Á. Pérez Álvarez who teaches at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. 

He is working with colleagues to consolidate / integrate the various visions of how technology could mediate learning. 

Miguel has agreed to share any future news with the list. I'm interested in his thoughts on how they developed the patterns and any insights about how they can be used.

Miguel's specific text (one of the 12) is the "epistemological dimension of the technology use in education."
