Results from SCNA Election

Hi Doug,

I think I can answer that for you:  The proxy votes *only* pertained to
the approval of the Restated Articles of Incorporation - *not* to the
election of officers.  SCNA members were required to attend the meeting if
they wished to place their votes for the board.
