The Fourth Annual Conference of Telecommunities Canada will be held in
Halifax, Nova Scotia, August 15-18, 1997. This conference brings together
people from across Canada and around the world who are involved in
Community Networking. Building on a tradition of combining pragmatism with
a vision of the future, this year's conference has as its theme
"PARTNERSHIPS".
