Starting at the main menu, here's how you get there.

   3  - seattle.eats

   The numbered items on the menus aren't permanent. They change 
when new menu items are added. The Usenet menu now includes a 
number of new items, including quick lists of some of the most 
popular local area newsgroups and SCN forums. 

The seattle.eats newsgroup is now on the "Some Pacific NW Usenet 
Newsgroups" quick list. To get there that way, 

   3 - Usenet Newsgroups and SCN Forums

   4 - Some Pacific NW Usenet Newsgroups

   1 - seattle.eats
