I have been informed that the perpretrator of last night's spam (which was
also relayed through SCN) has already been kicked off of his system.

There are some additional measures that can be taken against many of these
spammers.  (E.g., last night's message possibly contravened certain Postal
regulations.)  Anyone that would like to take charge of some of that
should speak up.
