Hey, I just had a brainstorm!  :)

Rich, why not attend the Board meetings as an observer, then post the 
minutes yourself?  At the same time, you could follow up on these 
outstanding items and include updates in the minutes, thus killing 
approx 2.67 birds with one stone!?
