Jumping in... (glub, glub)

This response in offensive to me - I HOPE that this is a tongue in cheek
answer to a serious request.  

A member, served by a Board, should not be required to attend a Board
meeting to find out what has occured at said meeting, much less be asked to
perform a function that all Boards should have integral to their operations!
