"Connecting All Americans for the 21st Century"

There is an upcoming conference February 24 - 26 in Washington, DC
called "Connecting All Americans for the 21st Century" that is
presented by the US Department of Commerce National Telecommunications
Administration (NTIA) and the Public Utility Law Project (PULP) in
Albany, NY.  There will also be a post-conference workshop entitled
"Building Community Networks on the 27th.  My sense is that it very
policy oriented (rather than social activist or grassroots like SCN)
but it might be useful for an SCN board member or other volunteer to
attend.  Their web site is http://www.pulpny.org/CAM.  The fee is $100
for non-profits and government people; $175 otherwise.
