Why have we not upgraded Lynx?

A sincere apology to all who had their delicate pintails ruffled by my
"belligerent" tone.

P.S. As a personal aside (going out on three lists), Perhaps you can tell
     me how the subject line "Why have we not upgraded Lynx" equates 
     belligerence. The word is defined as `waging war'. A good word, a
     strong word, one simply inapplicable here.
