SCN: RE: City Telecom and IT Advisory Board (CTTAB) looking for additi onal members

Hi Melissa,

Not that I would be interested or eligible, but do you happen to know
whether participation on the City's board would affect SCN's or Digital
Promises chances for obtaining matching grants through the City--conflict of
interest and all?
