SCN: "Telnet" access on Eastside - new volunteer

SCN has a new volunteer and she is looking for "telnet" access on the Eastside from
public terminals.

Someone on this list had volunteered to help anyone out who needed the help of
accessing SCN via the King County Libraries.

She is very technically astute. She just doesn't have access from home.
