SCN: Fwd: bounced messages from Doug and Victor

At least one and maybe both of these seem to have bounced from
the SCN list, or at least I didn't receive either of them.

i'm confused as to which list is "this" list or "that" list or

i'd say that everyone that is a scn member and/or has an scn
account/email has a stake - invite everyone - to opt in . . .
"postage" is cheap!
